Mothers Circles

A mother with a village behind her can become whole again.

Reimagining “the village” for modern-day motherhood - one circle at a time.

Mothers Circles are an opportunity to form sacred bonds with other moms and focus on your own personal development as you journey through motherhood.

Unlike Parent & Me groups, the focus for these groups is not on the child. Rather, Mothers Circles are focused entirely on you as the mom and are a space for you to share openly, be witnessed and feel supported in your own personal evolution.

Currently, I am offering in-person circles for mothers who live on the westside of Los Angeles as well as virtual circles that meet on Zoom.

WHY JOIN A GROUP WITH ME

Jessica Patterson Mothers Circle

As moms, we are often starved for community and meaningful connection, and we rarely take time to focus on our own personal growth. I created Mothers Circles because I believe these are the two most important and missing pieces in modern motherhood.

I also believe the time we spend in circle should feel sacred. This is why my circles include ritual and other practices that invite participants to go beneath the surface, reflect, set intentions and engage in meaningful conversations.

I bring my experience as a mom and a coach trained in the healing arts of breathwork and intuitive healing to lead deep discussions, somatic practices and journaling exercises.

I am also the host of the popular How I Met Myself podcast - a show about the journey of self-discovery, motherhood and living a life of purpose.
